How information is handled
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email, country or region, enquiry category and message with your consent. We use them to handle the enquiry and prevent misuse. Receipt confirms an enquiry, not an order or supply commitment.
Storage and notification
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and notifications are sent to the operator’s email account. Records are scheduled for deletion after one year; processing delays may occur. We do not publish your submitted details.
Analytics and spam prevention
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. These services may process device, browser or network information under their respective policies.
